The Commercial ClimateSmart Loan Program has launched!

This loan program offers full up-front financing for energy-saving and renewable energy systems. Commercial properties, apartment buildings, low income housing, and small manufacturing facilities are eligible for loans.

Loans amounts of up to $210,000 or 20% of statutory actual value (whichever is less) are available, with loan terms of 5 or 10 years. Loan interest rates are 5% to 6%.
